2019 Penny Royal Farm Anyhow Blanc

Boonville, Anderson Valley, California (USA)

51% Chardonnay and 49% Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaker/Owner: Sarah Cahn Bennett

Retail:  $30

Saturday Afternoon Tailgate Wine Up is a 2019 Penny Royal Farm Anyhow Blanc.  A really great blend of 51% Chardonnay and 49% Sauvignon Blanc.  The aroma is intense and beautifully perfumy.  We were blown away with the silkness of this wine!   The mix of aromas from the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc played well together like sexually charged partners.  The balance of this wine comes from being aged in neutral French Oak barrels.

The Sauvignon Blanc vines are ENTAV clones of 376, 297, and 530.
