The wine is refreshing and vibrant with n opening of green apple and fresh citrus. The aroma was floral perfume that everyone enjoyed. Fair amount of warranted acidity that was crisp on the tongue. The finish was pleasant. The winemaker believes this wine could cellar for another 7 to 10 years.
The harvest is hand-picked and nonmechanized before being pressed in whole clusters. Initially fermented in French Oak barrels then in stainless steel followed by aging in stainless steel.
