Deep beautiful red wine with aromas of fresh lavender and black cherries. Opened nicely to red and dark fruits on the long finish. Paired with 60% Cacao chocolate that we all truly enjoyed!
Fermented in 85% neutral oak, 10% once used French oak, and 5% new American oak barrels.
Alcohol: 14.5%
