Melon and green apple. Nicely crisp with slight yeasty aftertaste.  Not made with oak barrels but stainless steel tanks.  Uses secondary fermentation.  

The 2020 Heringer Estates Blanc de Blanc is the first vintage of sparkling chenin blanc produced by Mike Heringer.

A good to have with friends and family.
