Nice apple, pear and vanilla cream. The Chenin Blanc is Heringer's Princess, the Chardonnay is Heringer's Queen!
The vines are dry farmed and first planted in the 1970's. The wine is fermented in neutral French and American oak barrels with some stainless steel as well.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Pair with Smoked salmon and grilled zucchini
